Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is an amazing tool that can help us overcome many different conditions that manifest in our lives. I usually use hypnosis along side with coaching. When you go through the process of working things at a conscious level it is far easier to achieve lasting change with hypnosis.

The most important element is to make sure we can identify what it is that you truly want. A lot of times we think of hypnosis as a tool that will force us to achieve change. Although this passive stance can benefit you to change, it is far more powerful when you spend the time to work on things and identify your limiting thoughts and beliefs.

When we become aware of what is beneath our behaviour we are already empowered with that awareness to achieve change and growth.

I integrate hypnosis with mindfulness and Reiki. I feel they compliment each other very well and they can all benefit you to achieve the life that you want.
